The Adamawa Region now has its forty (40) qualified artisans ready to proudly represent the region at SIARC 2026.
Under cloudy skies, the Head of the Economic, Social and Cultural Affairs Division, Mr. Mohamadou Abbo, representing the Governor of the Adamawa Region, presided over the opening ceremony of the Adamawa Regional Handicrafts Fair (SARAAD). The event brought together both candidate artisans and volunteer artisans. Despite heavy rainfall, the conference hall of the new Regional Delegation hosted the closing ceremony, leaving participants highly satisfied and marking the successful completion of this important selection process.
