The MINPMEESA
The Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts (MINPMEESA) was created in December 2004 by Presidential Decree No. 2004/320 to lay down the organisation of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 and recently supplemented by that of 27 May 2013 No. 2013/169. It shall be responsible for the elaboration, implementation and evaluation of Government policy with regard to the development of small and medium sized enterprises, social economy and handicrafts.

The Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts informs SME promoters, Social Economy Organizations and Handicraft Production Units as well as Professional associations that within the framework of the promotion of local content in the industrial sector, a list of sub-contracting trades was compiles and validated by the Sub-contracting and Partnership Stock Exchange of Cameroon(BSTP-CAM). The list of trades seeks to uphold the development of target technical skills within local enterprises on the needs of the national and international market and their access to public procurement opportunities. The said list is available in the competitiveness and Sub-contracting Unit of MINPMEESA situated at the 18th floor of the Ministerial Building N°1. |- Download the list here
List of ANOR partner laboratories for the assessment of conformity to standards and quality control of products.
The Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts(MINPMEESA) informs promoters of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs), Social Economy Organisations(SEOs), Handicratf Production Units(HPUs) and professional groups that within the framework of the certification process of local agri-food and cosmetic products, the following approved laboratories are hereby recognized as partners of the Standards and Quality control of products. As a result, promoters are invited to contact the different laboratories for test analysis. The list here
