{"id":1352,"date":"2018-09-10T09:45:46","date_gmt":"2018-09-10T07:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/?p=1352"},"modified":"2019-02-21T09:47:36","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T08:47:36","slug":"minpmessa-feicom-framework-convention","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/en\/minpmessa-feicom-framework-convention\/","title":{"rendered":"MINPMESSA-FEICOM FRAMEWORK CONVENTION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since 2013, one of the objectives of the Collaboration Framework Convention<br \/>\nbetween the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Social Economy and<br \/>\nHandicrafts (MINPMEESA) and the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual<br \/>\nAssistance (FEICOM) aims at supporting and supervising Councils and their<br \/>\ngroupings in the promotion and production of handicraft activities.<\/p>\n<p>Following some noticed shortcomings, a Joint Follow-up and Evaluation Unit<br \/>\nfor the implementation of the Collaboration Framework Convention<br \/>\nMINPMEESA\/FEICOM was set up under the coordination of the Secretary General<br \/>\nwhich culminated in the signing of the real Collaboration Framework Convention on<br \/>\nThursday, 06 September 2018 in the Conference Hall of MINPMEESA in the<br \/>\npresence of the Minister of SMESEH, the General Manager of FEICOM and officials<br \/>\nof both institutions.<\/p>\n<p>It should be recalled that handicraft is at the heart of this convention given that<br \/>\nthe other domains (SMEs and Social Economy) are not yet subject to the transfer of<br \/>\npowers by the State to Councils.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1353 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/inhoud\/uploads\/2019\/02\/minpmeesafeicom-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/inhoud\/uploads\/2019\/02\/minpmeesafeicom-300x225.png 300w, http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/inhoud\/uploads\/2019\/02\/minpmeesafeicom-768x576.png 768w, http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/inhoud\/uploads\/2019\/02\/minpmeesafeicom-600x450.png 600w, http:\/\/www.minpmeesa.cm\/site\/inhoud\/uploads\/2019\/02\/minpmeesafeicom.png 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Taking the floor, the Minister of SMESEH congratulated the team ccordinated<br \/>\nby the Secretary General of MINPMEESA on the quality of work delivered.
